Your details stay private
Phone, email, home address, references, licences and any ID are never published or given to customers.
You control publication
Once approved, you choose whether your profile appears in the directory, and you can unpublish or withdraw at any time.
What you'll need
- Required: name, private phone or email, service area/district, at least one trade, years of experience.
- Optional: work photos (JPG/PNG/WEBP, up to 10 MB), referees, availability, work preferences, team members, indicative rate.
- Only if relevant: professional licences or trade certificates. We do not ask for ID images up front — only if a reviewer requests them during verification.
You'll get an application reference and can save a draft and come back later. Updates appear in your applicant portal — we don't send SMS or email updates yet.
You'll be asked to sign in or create an account first so your draft is saved securely.
